Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and covering newborn to geriatric patients.

Details

  • Hospital Emergency Department setting
  • Patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric, excluding OB cases
  • 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • May be required to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin locations
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

  • Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
  • Candidates without pediatric experience may be considered if willing to be trained
  • NURSYS report verifying all active RN licenses required

Additional Information

  • Weekly orientation provided
  • Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at the local rate
  • Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
  • Three professional references required once committed, including two from leadership
  • RTO must be included at time of consideration
