Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of Level-3 or higher ED experience and multiple certifications including TNCC or ATCN.

Details

Hospital Emergency Department setting with 24 beds
Patient population includes psychiatric, trauma, general medical, sepsis, cardiac, and stroke cases
12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
Epic EMR experience required
Floating is rare, but may occur to the freestanding ED or other units within the facility as helping hands

Requirements

Active WA or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level-3 or higher ED
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENCP, TNCC or ATCN, NIHSS, and CPI or MOAB
Must pass a Traveler Telemetry Competency Exam
Epic EMR experience required
Two supervisor-level references required (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or above); one reference may be submitted for initial consideration with a second required prior to start
