Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Charge Nurse role in a Level I Emergency Care Center, requiring 2+ years of ED experience and night shift availability.

Details

  • Level I Emergency Care Center (ED) hospital setting
  • Charge RN role within the Emergency Department
  • Night shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Requirements

  • Active NC or Compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • TNCC certification required
  • CPI certification required (SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI)
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification required
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • One professional reference required (two required if from Florida or Missouri)

Additional Information

  • 13-week travel contract
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — no local candidates will be considered
  • Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
