**Join a High-Impact Emergency Room Team!** **Job Description:** - Position: Travel RN - ER Care Center - Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Location: Asheville, NC Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and rewarding Emergency Department team? We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join us in our mission to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a dedicated team in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. - Engage with an average of 101 beds, ensuring optimal patient care and safety. - Maintain excellent patient ratios: typically 4:1 for medical and up to 7:1 for behavioral health. - Utilize advanced equipment, including Baxter pumps and GE monitors. - Document patient care using Cerner, enhancing patient communication throughout their visit. - Embrace a culture of teamwork, support, and real-time coaching in the ED. **Requirements:** - Must possess at least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an ER setting. - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (ENPC within 90 days of hire). - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED and a strong teamwork mentality. - Strong communication skills with a focus on patient experiences and satisfaction. **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** - Join a team known for its camaraderie and welcoming personalities, serving a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken. - Opportunities for professional growth and development in a high-volume ED. - Be part of an organization recognized for its outstanding clinical quality and patient safety. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
