Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Diagnostic Neurophysiology Technologist specializing in EEG (Electroencephalography) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position involves performing a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures to study electrical physiological brain and nerve activities, assisting in diagnosing neurological disorders. The role requires demonstrating independence and competency in inpatient and outpatient settings, primarily within an EMU (Electroencephalography Monitoring Unit) environment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Position Title: EEG (Electroencephalography) Technologist Registered
  • Shift: 12-hour night shifts, from 18:30 to 07:00, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/03/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: Nights, every other weekend, no holidays (covered by the facility), no on-call responsibilities
  • Required Qualifications: Neurophysiology Technician Associates Degree or Equivalent, Registered EEG (R EEG T) certification, 1 year of experience, willingness to work night shifts, proficiency in EMR systems (Epic), ability to follow departmental procedures including electrode application & identification of electrographic abnormalities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge related to pediatric long-term monitoring (LTM) and stereoelectroencephalography (sEEG) is preferred.
  • Additional Information: Position primarily in the EEG Monitoring Unit; candidate should have strong communication skills, ability to work independently with appropriate judgment, and demonstrate competency in neurodiagnostic procedures. Scrubs may be any professional type. A minimum of an associate degree or certificate is required. Flu vaccination is mandatory without exemptions.
  • Interview Schedule: Available Monday through Friday, with manager phone and MSP interviews.
