Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring recent Level 3/4 ED experience and independent telemetry rhythm interpretation skills.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• 12-hour day shifts scheduled 7a-7:30p
• 36 hours per week over 3 shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Minimum 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 ED experience required
• Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
• Must pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 with a score of 84% or higher
• Critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel assignment experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers may be considered given preference for those with previous travel experience
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local
