Travel Echo Tech - $2,318 to $2,518 per week in North Wilkesboro, NC

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by the healthcare team. This opportunity is located in North Wilkesboro, NC at a hospital setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARDMS (RDCS) or equivalent national cardiac sonography certification such as CCI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing TTE, TEE, pharmacologic stress testing, bubble studies, and working with outpatient and inpatient populations.
• Experience using EPIC EMR and PACS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Philips ultrasound equipment.
• Experience with nuclear medicine echocardiography.
• Previous experience in a hospital or heart center environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Work days: Monday–Friday.
• Schedule cycle: continuous; standard 40 hours per week.
• Weekend rotation: none.
• On-call: no.
• Orientation: New employee orientation plus two days departmental orientation.
• Department support: RN, CMA, EKG technician, APP, MD.
• Parking: free.
• Scrub color: purple.
