Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently. Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled. Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives. Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards. Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits. Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures. Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
