Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 8:00–17:00)
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient nutrition therapies and interventions for an adult to geriatric patient population
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage calorie counts, tube feedings, and TPN support
- Evaluate and address food-drug interactions
- Perform approximately 25 patient visits per day within a facility averaging a daily census of 280
- Float within the facility as needed and fulfill on-call responsibilities on weekends and after hours as assigned
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Active Georgia state dietitian license (may be obtained during compliance period)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical dietitian experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Proficiency with Epic (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with Pyxis and SBAR communication frameworks
- Experience working in an inpatient acute care or hospital setting with adult and geriatric populations
