We’re seeking a skilled Travel Dialysis RN for a flexible assignment in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This role is ideal for RNs with dialysis experience who are comfortable floating to other units and hospitals as needed.

Assignment Details

• Location: Tuscaloosa, AL

• Setting: Dialysis Unit (Hospital-based)

• Schedule: 36–48 hours per week, flexible

• Equipment: Fresenius dialysis machines (primary), Gambro as needed

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – Required

• Active RN License in Alabama or Compact License (No temp licenses)

• BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross) – Required

• 2 years RN experience, with 1 year recent dialysis experience – Required

• Professional Nursing Certification – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective dialysis care to patients

• Monitor patient status and respond to complications during treatments

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Float to other hospital units as needed, demonstrating flexibility
