Job Summary
The Dialysis Unit Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting, ensuring adherence to care plans, supervising ancillary staff, and promoting patient and staff safety. This role involves working days shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

  • Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification preferred (CIRH ONLY), previous dialysis or specialty nursing experience advantageous
  • Additional Information: The RN will perform patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, and participate in patient education and discharge planning. The role includes supervising ancillary nursing personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and participating in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment. The provider will also be responsible for managing supplies, equipment, and documentation accurately and timely.
