Job Title: CVOR Tech
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM | 4x10 Hours
Pay Rate: $50 - $55/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a CVOR Tech for an exciting Travel job in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures.
Assist surgeons during cardiac surgeries.
Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
Handle surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure patient safety and quality care during operative procedures.
Verify availability and proper functioning of surgical equipment.
Support the surgical team during complex cardiovascular procedures.
Follow infection control and operating room safety standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience.
Open heart surgery experience required.
BLS Certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
Experience working in high-volume cardiovascular operating rooms.
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and instrumentation.
