• Float Requirement: May float within scope if needed

As a CVOR RN, you will be an essential part of a high-performing surgical team, assisting in complex cardiovascular procedures. This role requires strong clinical expertise, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity OR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Ensure proper instrumentation and sterile field maintenance
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Provide pre-op and post-op patient care coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
• Support safe and efficient OR workflow 

✅ Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1+ year RN experience required
  • CVOR experience strongly preferred
• Education:
  • ASN required | BSN preferred
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
