Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit position requiring at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital-based Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC)
• Shift schedule runs 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Current NIH Stroke Certification required for PCU placement
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in cardiovascular/telemetry or progressive care specialty
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide progressive care nursing to cardiovascular patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
