Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) position requiring NIH Stroke Certification and telemetry experience.

Details

• Work in the E4 Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPC) of a hospital setting
• Shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in telemetry/PCU nursing required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
• Professional references required (one reference for most states, two references required for Florida and Missouri)

Additional Information

• Provide cardiovascular telemetry nursing care within a progressive care unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
