Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in Eureka, California. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures to support patient diagnostics. The role requires a skilled professional capable of managing a busy department and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts (12 hours) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid state license (compact license preferred), at least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, relevant certifications including ARRT CT, ARRT R, and BLS.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings, patient ratio experience, familiarity with various charting systems, and prior trauma center exposure.
  • Additional Information: The candidate must have experience performing a wide range of CT procedures including head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular imaging. Must be familiar with contrast media administration, radiation safety, and imaging equipment such as Toshiba CT scanners. The role requires the ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 20 cases daily and work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.
