Opportunity:

CT Technologist

Job Details:

• 4x10 night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Perform both CT and X-Ray imaging; may see approximately 6-10 exams per shift
• Must be able to perform X-rays unassisted
• Average daily census of 30 with approximately 15 visits per day
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• 13-week contract accepted
• Treat patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Required skills include: GE, PACS, abdomen without and/or with contrast, colorectal studies, pelvis without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, vascular chest (pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), carotid, head without and/or with contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, 3D rendering, region of interest measurement (ROI), isolation precautions/PPE, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, brain perfusion, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic
• Charting system: Meditech (training provided if no prior experience)
• Scrubs: Navy blue
• Orientation will occur during the first and second week
