Job Details:

**Required Experience and Certifications:**
- 18 months of experience required (exceptions may apply depending on the unit)
- Certification Requirements: BLS, ARRT R required; Advanced ARRT preferred
- License: Must be in hand prior to start date (temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted)
- Two supervisor references required

**Skills and Procedure Experience:**
- Required Skillset: PACS, Portables, CT Procedures (Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, Myelography, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction)
- Required X-ray Procedures: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower & Upper Extremities

**Preferred Experience:**
- Advanced ARRT Certification
- Experience in Operating Room
- Experience with C-Arm, Fluoroscopy Studies, Enema Studies, Surgery/C-Arm

**Work Setting Experience:**
- Required: Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital

**General Requirements:**
- Traveler must float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby
- Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

**Educational Requirements:**
- Traveler's university must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation

**Local Travel Rules:**
- IN residents considered local; local travelers offered in-state rate at lower bill rate (BR) for eligible positions

**Break Policies:**
- Out-of-state residents: 3 month/90 day break required to reset eligibility prior to traveler's year mark
- In-state residents: 6 month/180 day break required to reset eligibility prior to traveler's year mark

Additional requirements include submission details related to SSN and DOB at time of submittal, and information regarding scheduling and pre-approved time off.
