Job Summary (List Format):
- Perform PET/CT imaging procedures in a mobile unit using a UMI-United PET/CT scanner with double injector
- Work four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday Thursday, with 7am start times (Mondays in Tracey, Tues Thurs in Merced); opportunities for overtime
- Image 10 14 patients per day in coordination with a patient coordinator
- Prepare and position patients for scans, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols and safety standards
- Operate PET/CT equipment and ensure high diagnostic image quality
- Travel with the mobile unit to various clinical locations based on schedule
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technologists, radiologists, drivers, and site staff for efficient operations
