Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist Specialty: Computed Tomography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Thursday Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not required for submission Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Must-Have: GE and Siemens experience preferred Description: Hiring Process involves a profile review and an interview with the unit manager. The department contains 5 scanners and performs a variety of imaging studies. Average number of scans performed daily is approximately 25. The software used includes Epic and Fuji Synapse PACS. Technologists will have to start IVs as part of the job duties. Weekend and holiday requirements are expected. No self-scheduling or block scheduling is allowed. Department-specific orientation will be provided. Radiologists are present in-house. The department does not utilize Registered Radiology Assistants. In case of an extreme need, staff may be asked to float within designated zones. The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment. Cancellation policy applies differently for shorter assignments.
