Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist Specialty: CT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Straight weekend/straight overnights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS Certification Must-Have: Required experience on GE scanners Description: This position involves performing CT scans in the emergency department or main hospital. You will also assist during the night with morning chest X-rays in the intensive care unit. The department utilizes GE scanners, Sectra PACS, and EPIC for charting. Candidates must have experience with GE scanners. A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. The position entails being part of a busy CT department that operates 24/7. Technologists in this role work as part of a cohesive team. Training will last 1-2 weeks. Scrubs must be dark gray. An attitude of collaboration and professionalism is required. Be prepared to badge in and out at the facility. The certification ARRT is preferred. BLS certification is mandatory. This role supports a Level 1 trauma care setting within an acute care environment.
