Become a vital part of a St. Louis, MO hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately perform CT procedures, administer contrast agents per protocol, operate Siemens CT scanners, and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality imaging for adult inpatient and outpatient populations.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT. Must have ARRT CT credential at time of submittal.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT preferred).
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with PACS and contrast administration required.
- Experience operating Siemens CT scanners preferred.
- Experience in high-acuity environments preferred, such as Level I Trauma, teaching hospital, or adult ICU.
- General skills required: CT procedures and contrast management. Preferred skills: IV starts, portable imaging, biopsies/fluoroscopic assistance.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. First-time travel clinicians accepted.
- Locals within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.
- Pending state license not accepted. Clinician may be required to float within scope to meet facility needs.
Assignment Details:
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Nights.
- Schedule: Night 4x10-hour, 20:00–06:30. Shift pattern Monday–Thursday, 20:00–06:30.
- Daily caseload expectations shared by facility per tech.
- On-call: No.
- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.
- RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days off within the 13-week contract.
