Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the specialty. - Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings is required. - Must have prior travel experience. - GE equipment experience is required. License: - Must possess a current state license. Certifications: - BLS required. - ARRT (CT) certification required. Must-Have: - Candidate expected to float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and clinics. - COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. Description: This position requires a CT Technologist to perform CT scans in various settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in an emergency team environment as directed by unit management. Applicants are expected to work holidays if scheduled. The role involves varied patient demographics including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The candidate should be prepared to manage a variety of patient diagnoses and special procedures. Candidates are advised to apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing. Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit. Modules will be completed during orientation and factored into orientation hours.
