Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Allied Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required License: ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Start peripheral IVs for venous and arterial phase scanning - Experience with multi-phase scanning - Knowledge of stroke imaging, including perfusion - Proficiency in colorectal studies - TeraRecon knowledge preferred, not required Description: CT Technologist needed for a dynamic radiology department. The department offers X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Interventional Radiology, and Nuclear Medicine with Radiology Nursing support. The average inpatient census is approximately 400. The department performs around 160 studies on weekdays and 120 on weekends. The facility provides CT guided invasive procedures and performs cases with anesthesia as needed. Cardiac CT imaging is conducted during the day shift, seven days a week. Guest services and transport support are available for inpatient and observation patients. Key technologies include an electronic medical record system, radiology information system, and picture archiving and communication system. Department equipment includes three CT scanners and power injectors. Scrub color is black.
