No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All RTO requests must be included at the time of submission. Licensing Requirements: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required with submission. References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission. Reference should preferably be from within the last year. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include: Traveler explanation statement Waiver/approval documentation (WA) Return Staff Policy Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Modules completed during orientation are billable or may be attributed to NBO if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Epic Test-Out Requirement (RNs): RNs are required to complete an Epic Test-Out Module. If the RN does not pass the test-out, a mandatory 8-hour Epic training course will be assigned.
