References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission. Reference should preferably be from within the last year. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include: Traveler explanation statement Waiver/approval documentation (WA) Return Staff Policy Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Start Facility Requirements : Compliance Documentation: All compliance documents must be completed and submitted by the Wednesday prior to start date. Modules: Pre-start requirements, including modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities, are non-billable. Estimated completion time is 4 8 hours. Modules completed during orientation are billable or may be attributed to NBO if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Epic Test-Out Requirement (RNs): RNs are required to complete an Epic Test-Out Module. If the RN does not pass the test-out, a mandatory 8-hour Epic training course will be assigned.
