Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a local travel contract opportunity in Fargo, ND. This position is with one of our valued healthcare partners specializing in long-term care and disability services. Job Description

  • Provide respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients (primarily ages 8–15, occasional younger patients)
  • Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
  • Manage and maintain tracheostomy care (trachs) with confidence and expertise
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies in a 24/7 care setting
  • Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely
  • Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care plans and equipment

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • Current state licensure as an RRT in North Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS/PALS preferred)
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
  • Prior travel experience required
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations (infant to teen)
  • Must have hands-on experience and comfort with tracheostomy care
