Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.
Description
In this role, you will manage post-transplant kidney patients in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include triaging patient calls, ordering and reviewing lab results, scheduling necessary tests, and occasionally conducting patient assessments. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on providing excellent care to patients.
