TRAVEL CLINICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST (CLS) – BAKERSFIELD, CA
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) for a 13-week travel assignment in Bakersfield, California.
Position Details:
• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Start Date: 06/22/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (8-hour shifts may be considered)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Department: Laboratory
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Analyze and interpret test results accurately and efficiently
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with laboratory regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and records within the laboratory information system
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
