Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Surgical Technologist for a high-acuity acute care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple surgical specialties, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Robotics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced Level I Trauma environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields.
- Assist surgeons during a wide variety of surgical procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of instruments, supplies, and equipment.
- Anticipate surgeon needs and support efficient case flow.
- Adhere to infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams.
