Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech to join a fast-paced Operating Room team in Santa Cruz, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong OR experience and be comfortable supporting a variety of surgical procedures in an acute care setting.
The Surgical Tech will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations while maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
- Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies
- Support anesthesia and nursing teams during cases
- Maintain patient safety and infection control standards
