Surgical Technologist - CVOR
Location: Midland, Michigan

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Variable Day Shifts, Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 40-hour guarantee, every third weekend required, 1-2 call nights per week

Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of complex CVOR surgical procedures and anticipate surgeon needs
- Maintain sterile field integrity and quickly address any breaks in technique
- Assemble and verify all instruments, supplies, and equipment before each case
- Accurately track medications, sharps, sponges, and instruments throughout procedures
- Float to General OR when CVOR volume is low to support the broader surgical team
