This facility serves as a regional referral center for critical care services. It provides advanced surgical options, including open heart and interventional cardiology. Candidates must have excellent documentation skills. Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area is essential. Good critical thinking skills are required. Advanced skills include performing large-bore IV starts and medication administration. Assisting with central lines and arterial lines is required. Candidates will be responsible for pre-operative patient care. Additional skills include assisting with patient transport to the surgical area.
