Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. - Clinical screen required to determine fit. - Weekend coverage required; options include Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday. - Must work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period. Description: Position offers opportunities in cardiovascular, thoracic, and transplant procedures. Candidates should have experience with robotic thoracic surgery. Floating to the Main OR as needed is expected. Candidates will be clinically reviewed to ensure suitable fit. Orientation compliance required before starting the assignment. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Holidays are defined as major days; specific policies apply for holiday time off. Work includes responsibilities under aseptic techniques and various surgical procedures. Clinical skills in cardiovascular procedures are a significant asset.
