Job Details

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Evening Shift
- Schedule: 5x8
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $2000 to $2170
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain sterile fields throughout surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgeries
- Anticipate surgical team needs and provide instruments and supplies promptly
- Perform instrument counts and ensure compliance with surgical safety standards
- Clean, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist with patient positioning and operating room setup
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Active Surgical Technologist certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Tech experience
- BLS Certification required
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment
