Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the supervision of the supervising OT for residents in a long-term care setting.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain functional abilities for activities of daily living.
- Monitor patient response to therapy, document progress, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with discharge planning, caregiver education, and home/activity recommendations as appropriate.
- Maintain therapy equipment, prepare treatment spaces, and ensure safety and infection control during sessions.

Requirements
- Active COTA license in Montana or eligibility for MT licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred, with emphasis on geriatrics/long-term care.
- Ability to work a days shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week in a long-term care setting.
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
