- Assess students as appropriate, document progress, and maintain accurate therapy notes in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other multidisciplinary team members; participate in IEP and service delivery meetings
- Adapt activities and materials to meet diverse student needs; ensure safety and confidentiality; adhere to school calendar and policies

Requirements
- Active Oregon license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or equivalent eligibility
- Education: Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
- Certification: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential
- Experience: School-based/pediatric setting experience; birth-to-three and preschool team involvement preferred
- Setting: Ability to work effectively in a school setting (K-12) with strong communication and teamwork skills
