Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' functional independence and quality of life
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Active and unrestricted state licensure or eligibility to practice in Minnesota
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and long-term care environments
