Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday through Friday with occasional weekend support
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
- Provide coverage support on weekends as needed
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in California
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with weekend availability as needed
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
