Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements including wearing a photo badge at all times
Required Qualifications- Current and valid COTA certification
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
