Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and independence in daily activities
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and goals
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Current and valid COTA licensure in the state of California
- Active certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar care setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
