Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving skills needed for daily living and working
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in California
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Minimum of 35 guaranteed hours per week availability
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitative setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
