Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and overall care plans
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Florida
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
