Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
- Assist in the modification of treatment plans based on patient response and progress
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of Florida
- Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
