Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and plan of care
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of Illinois
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience providing occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
