Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using electronic documentation systems
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills in a rehabilitation environment
