Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents improve daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Current COTA licensure in the state of Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
- National certification through NBCOT as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly schedule commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance standards
