Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy assistant services on an inpatient rehabilitation unit and/or acute care unit
- Manage a caseload averaging approximately 12 patients on the inpatient rehab unit
- Participate in co-treatment sessions with a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the acute care setting as applicable
- Deliver patient-centered therapy interventions in alignment with the supervising occupational therapist's plan of care
Required Qualifications- Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCOT certification
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current skills checklist pertinent to the specialty (within the last year)
- Two supervisory references taken within the last two years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel therapy experience
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings
