Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence in daily living activities
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
- Active and unrestricted Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Ability to meet contract start date requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance standards
