Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Montana
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or veterans care setting
- Familiarity with geriatric or veteran patient populations
